The room I booked was comfy and cozy with excellent bathroom facilities as well as bath as expected. The location was great and magnificent and easy to travel to a basilica and a church walk from the hotel...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was very near everything and close to all the main sights. It was also convenient to Termini train station, making it easy to arrive with heavy backpacks. The staff, especially Gina, was brilliant and went above and beyond to accommodate and welcome us. We appreciated the clear instructions and quick responses to our messages. The beds were super comfortable, and the shower was good and warm after a long day of walking. The free breakfast at a nearby café was also a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay in a prime location, close to all the sights. The owners were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast was delicious, enjoyed in a special atmosphere with other guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome! the B&B was fully equipped with hotel-like amenities, including a mini-fridge filled with biscuits and tea. the owners were extremely kind and professional, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, with close proximity to Roma Termini train station, the Cavour metro, and excellent restaurants in Monti. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with freshly baked pastries and cakes. We even received a voucher for a nearby café for a coffee and croissant. the 24-hour parking on the street was convenient and affordable. our experience here was wonderful thanks to the personal touch and passion of Domenico and Gina.

The value for money was excellent, the room was comfortable and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel, especially Gina and Domenico, were very welcoming and made me feel at home throughout my stay.

One thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be to have a wider variety of options available.

The room I stayed in at Santa Maria Maggiore had an amazing view of the Basilica. It was so cool to wake up and see such a beautiful sight right outside my window. As a guest who enjoys historical landmarks, this was a dream come true!

Personally, I found the air conditioning in the room to be a bit too cold for my liking. But hey, I know some people enjoy that, so it's just a matter of personal preference.

Disappointing deluxe room, felt stuffy and airless, especially with noisy air conditioner. Limited drawer space and few power outlets.
